Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop varnyis.shop, operated by Varnyis, Owner: Maurice Kertscher, Arthur-Strobel-Straße 80, 09127 Chemnitz, Germany (hereinafter "Seller"). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Order (obligation to pay)" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your cart. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by email order confirmation, or at the latest when the goods are shipped.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown are final prices in Euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping to the United Kingdom is currently free of charge. Details can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer (prepayment). After we receive your order, you will receive our bank details by email. The invoice amount is due within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation.
§ 5 Delivery
We currently deliver to Germany and to the United Kingdom. Delivery to the UK typically takes 4–8 working days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please see our Right of Withdrawal page.
§ 8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
§ 9 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 10 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they habitually reside.
